What is a return policy?
1. Eligibility
Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including seals, labels, and anti-tamper packaging where applicable).
Proof of Purchase:Â A valid order number or receipt is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened software, adhesives, or chemicals.
Custom-made or special-order items.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
Products without original packaging.
3. Return Process
Contact Us First: Email smtools0315@gmail.com or call [(+92) 302-5000-913] with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship returns without authorization.
Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
Pack Securely:Â Repackage items in original packaging with the RA number visible on the box.
Ship: Send to our warehouse (we’ll provide the address). We recommend insuring the shipment.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We’ll replace defective or incorrectly shipped items at no extra cost.
Store Credit:Â Optionally available for faster processing.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customer’s responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
Restocking Fee:Â None for eligible returns.
7. Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranties apply separately. Contact us for assistance with claims.
